Located directly opposite the harbour, Dia Island is a protected natural island known for its crystal-clear waters, untouched landscape, and deep historical roots. In ancient times, it served as a natural harbour for the Minoans, with remains of ancient structures still found underwater today.

According to Greek mythology, Dia is connected to Zeus, who is said to have created the island, giving it a unique mythical presence that adds something special to the experience.

The island is home to the famous Cretan kri-kri goats, an endangered species found only in Crete, which can often be seen along the shoreline. You may also spot birds of prey such as hawks, while on the way there is a chance to encounter dolphins or sea turtles — and you will almost always see flying fish gliding across the water.

The morning trip offers a special atmosphere. The sea is usually calmer, the air is fresh, and everything feels peaceful and balanced — a perfect start to the day.

Once we arrive, we anchor in a beautiful bay where drinks are served. You will have time to swim in the clear waters, relax on board, and enjoy a variety of activities including snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, basic fishing, and inflatables.

After the activities, we serve a freshly prepared lunch on board, allowing you to sit back, eat, and fully enjoy the experience.
